Springettsbury Township police arrested a suspect Monday afternoon after a reported theft at Wal-Mart and a stolen police cruiser, dispatches said.

The incident occurred at around 1 p.m. at the Wal-Mart on the 2800 block of East Market Street in Springettsbury Township. The suspect stole the cruiser, then later got out of the vehicle and fled on foot, according to WGAL report.

The suspect was captured shortly thereafter at Mexitaly Restaurant. The suspect was in police custody as of 1:45 p.m. Monday.

Springettsbury Township police could not be reached for further information on the incident.
