Thomas Gervasio pleaded guilty to stealing a Waterford Police car after he
was apprehended for loitering outside a church with a firearm.
Gervasio was apprehended outside the church, but managed to escape from
Waterford police custody. He then stole a nearby police vehicle and lead
police on a chase from Waterford into Rennselaer County, where he was caught.
