Washington, D.C. - Man Arrested for Stolen District of Columbia Vehicle - Impersonating a Police Officer
WASHINGTON, D.C. -- Police said they arrested a man Monday at
approximately 4 p.m. after he was found in a stolen 2002 Chevrolet Impala.
Kenneth Drew Bryant was pulled over on the Capital Beltway at Dolley Madison
Boulevard in the Tysons Corner area for speeding, officials said.
The police investigation determined that the vehicle was stolen and belonged to
the District of Columbia.
Police said the car was equipped with red and blue emergency lights.
Bryant, 37, of Southeast Washington D.C., was arrested and charged with
receiving stolen property and impersonating a police officer.
Police transported Bryant to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center, where he
currently is.
