St. Johnsville, NY - Little Falls Police Car Stolen by Resident - Felony - Criminal Possession Charges

ST. JOHNSVILLE – Village police charged a 29-year-old resident Monday
morning with stealing a Little Falls police car, police said.
Police said they Little Falls Police Department contacted them because they
believed the perpetrator to be from St. Johnsville.
When Police located the vehicle on Cross Street, the Little Falls Police
Department charged Shawn E. Knapp of E. Main Street with unauthorized use of a
vehicle.
St. Johnsville police charged Knapp with criminal possession of stolen
property, a felony, police said.
Police said Knapp was sent to Montgomery County jail in lieu of $5,000 cash or
$10,000 bond.
