Ohio Woman Sentenced After Stealing Police Car at Knife
Point
A woman who stole a Youngstown police car at knife-point is heading to
prison.
Twenty-four year old Kimberly Kalasky pleaded guilty to robbery, assault and
failure to comply with a police officer.
She used a knife to force an officer out of his cruiser. Kalasky
then led police on a chase on I-680 out to I-76.
She tearfully apologized and admitted she struggles with drug and mental
problems.
Although the prosecutor was recommending a sentence of four-and-a-half years,
Judge Scott Krichbaum slapped Kalasky with a six year term
