Nashville, TN - DUI Inmate Escapes from Work Detail in Stolen County Vehicle - Still at Large
"Williamson Co. Inmate Escapes"
Authorities are searching western Williamson County, near the Dickson and
Hickman County lines, for an escaped inmate Wednesday night.
Police said Perry Allen Green escaped from a work detail in Centerville, Hickman
County at about 1:30 p.m. Wednesday afternoon.
Authorities said he stole a county vehicle during the work detail and later
ditched the car in Williamson County.
Perry was serving time for failing to appear in DUI charges.
A woman in Liberty Hill said she spotted Green sitting on her front porch at
about 9:30 p.m. He then fled back into the woods.
They believe he is on foot.
