Man arrested after stealing a Los Gatos, CA Police car

Los Gatos, California - Police in the South Bay have arrested a Redwood City man after they say he stole a police car Tuesday.
Police won't say how it happened, but admit that Justin Paul Gorman allegedly got behind the wheel of the car while he was in their custody in Los Gatos.
Officers had just arrested him in connection with car thefts.
Even though Gorman was handcuffed, he took off in the car and then bailed out of it in Campbell.Detectives say Gorman ran off.
They later found him hiding in the back of a U-Haul truck.
