KCK Patrol Car Stolen

Kansas City, Kansas police are looking for a man after he took
off in one of their patrol cars.

An officer pulled the man over for speeding on I-70 over the 
weekend. While the officer was searching the man's car, he
took off in the patrol car.

The suspect later dumped the cruiser near 7th Street and Orville.

The suspect is believed to be 36-year-old Edward Gains. He is 
described as a black male, about six-feet-tall and was wearing 
khaki pants and a light colored shirt.

Gains is wanted on a narcotics warrant.
