Stolen Mississippi Highway Patrol Cruiser, Cruiser was full of guns

For the second day in a row, a patrol car 
is stolen right out from under the law's nose.
Tonight's situation is much graver than the two
squad cars stolen yesterday. This vehicle was 
full of guns. The latest news is the car has been
found, but the suspect, Kenneth McNeil, is still on
the loose. The search for an armed inmate continues.
