Shirtless man makes obscene gestures while driving
Stolen Patrol Car

Police received an anonymous phone call that a shirtless man 
was driving a blue-and-white patrol car and making obscene
gestures at other drivers Saturday morning.

Police spotted the patrol car at Nimitz Highway and Nuuanu Avenue.

The driver, John Pak, 36, with no local address, was arrested 
and charged with auto theft. He is being held in lieu of
$15,000 bail.
