Hartford CT - Police Car Stolen by Suspect
HARTFORD -- Hartford police say they are closer to identifying the person who
stole one of their police cruisers.
Officers tried to pull over a car Wednesday night, but the driver took off.
The car crashed through a fence and the driver and a passenger ran off.
The driver was caught, but the passenger hopped in one of the police cars and
sped off with the lights still flashing.
