Rakama Wafula Johnson, 27, was charged with attempted breaking and entering
of a motor vehicle, possession of burglary tools and resist, delay and obstruct

Police said Johnson observed a parked vehicle on Cheshire Way and tried to break
into it, not realizing it was an unmarked police car. The detective inside
the car exited the vehicle and took Johnson into custody after a "struggle,"
according to a statement from the Greensboro Police Department.
A passenger with Johnson, Steven McKeller, was charged with conspiracy to commit
