ENON, Ohio - A 20-year-old man was arrested Monday after he
reportedly sped off in a village police car.
Nicholas F. Spink, of 172 Green Vista Drive, Enon, was charged with
felony theft, resisting arrest and two counts of domestic violence
after the 6:49 p.m. incident at 1060 Bluejay Drive.
He pleaded innocent Tuesday in Clark County Municipal Court; bond was
set at $1,000.
According to Sgt. Dan Loney of the Clark County Sheriffs Office, Spink
was breaking windows at the house and threatening people with bricks.
An Enon police officer arrived, Loney said, but Spink refused to stop,
even at gunpoint.
Spink allegedly got in the cruiser and drove it. He was later taken
into custody.
