DUI ARREST - WOMAN STEALS PATROL CRUISER

Police say the New Carlisle driver led them
on a 23-mile chase after escaping from handcuffs. 
A New Carlisle woman was arrested for drunk
driving, wriggled out of her handcuffs, stole
a cruiser and led police on a 23-mile chase, 
the Ohio Highway Patrol said.
