Stolen Cop Car Hits Bar

Burlington, VT – Burlington police found themselves chasing one of their own cruisers as they pursued two suspects just before 10 p.m., Monday on North Avenue.
Police said one of the suspects, Jeffrey Leduc, 17, decided to take an unattended police car for a ride. They said Leduc made it several blocks before hitting the side of Alley Cats Bar on King Street and South Champlain Street. Police caught up to him shortly after.
Leduc was expected to be in court Tuesday morning.
