Handcuffed suspect steals Bryan, Texas cop car

When they left to work the crime scene, they say Maes moved the handcuffs to his front, forced his way into the driver's seat, and simply drove off.
Police found the car abandoned Friday night. They also plan to review arrest procedures to keep this from happening again.
