Brighton, AL - Officer Responds to a Shooting Call - Assaulted at Trailer Park - Patrol Car Stolen

A Brighton police officer was injured in the line of duty.
It happened last night at the Holiday Trailer Park off Bessemer Superhighway .
The officer was reportedly responding to a shooting call.
Police say when he arrived, he was assaulted by fifteen to twenty men described as being Hispanic.
During the incident, someone reportedly got his keys and stole the patrol car.
The patrol car has been recovered, and the officer is reportedly doing fine.
