Suspect Sought In Break-In Of Washington State Trooper's Car, Gun Stolen POSTED: 9:33 a.m. PST January 28, 2005 Story by kirotv.com BELLEVUE, Wash. -- Police are looking for a man who allegedly broke into a Washington State Patrol trooper's unmarked car and stole a gun and sensitive police documents, KIRO 7 Eyewitness News reported. An arrest warrant has been issued for Conann Yow, who police said broke into the car on Jan. 19 in downtown Bellevue. The stolen documents contain names, addresses and phone numbers. "Information like that does not need to be public," said Michael Chiu, of the Bellevue Police Department. Police said they recovered Yow's abandoned car in Seattle's Ballard neighborhood. Yow is a 28-year-old white man, about 5 feet 7 inches tall, with brown eyes and brown hair. Anyone with information about Yow is asked to call Bellevue police at (425) 452-6917.
