Officer shot two times as suspect fled in his police car
July 13, - Officer Robert stopped a suspicious
person. While they talked the suspect pulled a gun and
shot Officer Ingram two times. Officer Ingram died from
his wounds. The suspect stole the police car and fled the
scene, but left his drivers license at the scene. The perpetrator was
apprehended and is on death row. He was known by many
in the Cobb County community and well liked by many. He
left behind a wife, family & many many friends who admired
him greatly.
